台风预警

今年第3号台风“格美”(强台风级)的中心于24日早晨5点钟位于我国台湾省宜兰县东南方大约260公里的洋面上，就是北纬23.0度、东经123.5度，中心附近最大风力有15级(50米/秒)，中心最低气压为940百帕，七级风圈半径250-470公里，十级风圈半径100-170公里，十二级风圈半径55-65公里。

This year's third typhoon Gaemi (severe typhoon level) was located over the sea about 260 kilometers southeast of Yilan County, Taiwan Province of China, at 5:00 a.m. on the 24th, at latitude 23.0 degrees north and longitude 123.5 degrees east. The maximum wind force near the center is 15 on the Beaufort scale (50 meters per second), the central minimum pressure is 940 hPa, the radius of the gale force winds (level 7) is 250-470 kilometers, the radius of the storm force winds (level 10) is 100-170 kilometers, and the radius of the hurricane force winds (level 12) is 55-65 kilometers.

预计，“格美”将以每小时10-15公里的速度向西北方向移动，强度逐渐增强，最强可达超强台风级(52-58米/秒，16-17级)，并将于24日晚上在台湾岛中北部沿海登陆(强台风级，14-15级，45-50米/秒)。之后穿过台湾岛，将于25日下午到夜间在福建福鼎到晋江一带沿海登陆(台风级或强台风级，12-14级，33-42米/秒)。7月24日08时至25日08时，浙江东南部、福建东部将有大到暴雨。

Typhoon Gaemi is expected to move northwest at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour, with its intensity gradually increasing. It is expected to reach super typhoon level at its peak (52-58meters per second, level 16-17) and will make landfall on the north-central coast of Taiwan Island on the evening of the 24th (severe typhoon level, level 14-15, 45-50 meters per second). After crossing Taiwan Island, it is expected to make landfall on the coast from Fuding to Jinjiang in Fujian on the afternoon or night of the 25th (typhoon or severe typhoon level, level 12-14, 33-42 meters per second). From 08:00 on July 24 to 08:00 on July 25, southeastern Zhejiang and eastern Fujian will experience heavy to torrential rain.
