（1）所有境内学生（包括校外住宿学生），假期期间如有外出过夜计划，应提前通过钉钉办理请假手续，外出返回时也应提前报告行程。

All Students who plan to go out overnight (including off-campus Students) during the holiday should apply for leave through DingTalk in advance, and report the itinerary in advance when returning.

（2）请假申请审核通过后，外出时应遵守“24小时内完成住宿登记”的要求。如出行需要住宿酒店或租住公寓等，必须按规定进行住宿登记。

After the application for leave is approved, please comply with the requirements of completing accommodation registration within 24 hours when going out for travel. If you need to stay in a hotel or rent an apartment when travelling, accommodation registration must be carried out in accordance with regulations.

（3）鉴于近期台风天气，建议各位同学尽量不要外出。如有特殊事由必须外出，应密切关注天气变化，合理安排出行，注意交通安全，不到人群拥挤的地方去，不在设有危险标志处停留，贵重物品应随身携带。在出行前仔细检查房间，确保房内无任何安全隐患（如：关闭所有电器开关，关闭门窗，等等）。

In view of the recent typhoon conditions, it is advised that all students avoid going out as much as possible. If there is a special reason that requires you to go out, you should pay close attention to the weather changes, arrange your travel reasonably, and pay attention to traffic safety. Avoid crowded places and do not stay in areas with danger signs. Carry your valuables with you at all times. Before going out, carefully check your room to ensure there are no safety hazards (turn off all electrical switches, close doors and windows, etc.).
