刘文臣，上海立信会计金融学院统计与数学学院常任轨教师。2019年毕业于华东师范大学统计学院，统计学博士。2017年-2018年访问佛罗里达州立大学。主要从事零一膨胀模型，统计算法，多元响应变量回归等方面的研究工作。先后在Computational Statistics& Data Analysis，Statistical Papers，Statistic and Its interface 等期刊上发表过论文。
讲座摘要：
Nowadays,multi-label classification methods are increasingly required by modernapplications, such as gene function classification, music categorization andbirds classification. In this paper, a new framework for multi-labelclassification is built. Starting from marginal loss functions not necessarilyderived from probability distributions, we utilize an additiveover-parametrization with shrinkage to incorporate label dependencies into thecriterion. The non-convex robust loss functions is used to reduce the influenceof mislabelling labels. A joint regularization method by sparsity and rankreduction method is utilized to deal with high dimension data. Masking methodis used to handle missing labels. Simulation and real data analysis shows thepower of this new method.
