报告人简介:
苏中根,浙江大学二级教授、博士生导师,主要从事概率极限理论及其应用研究,发表学术论文70余篇。曾主持(完成)多项国家自然科学基金面上项目、浙江省杰出青年基金项目等。 曾获教育部科技进步二等奖(3/3), 浙江省自然科学二等奖(2/2), 宝钢优秀教师奖。 合作编著研究生《概率极限理论基础》获普通高等学校优秀教材一等奖, 首届全国优秀教材二等奖;合作编著数学“101计划”核心课程教材《概率论和随机过程》;主讲国家级一流线下课程“概率论(H)”。
报告摘要:
This talk basically consists of two parts. First, I will briefly review some classical coupling methods and strong invariance principles for sums of independent random variables in probability theory. Then I will report a recent work on couplings between Brownian motions and random walks on the infinite cluster in the supercritical Bernoulli bond percolation on Z d . As a corollary, we recover the law of the iterated logarithm proved by Duminil-Copin (arXiv:0809.4380) and further identify the limit constant. This talk is mainly based on a joint work with 顾陈琳 and 徐睿哲(PTRF, 2025).
