关于对6名国际生作退学处理的决议

根据《浙江工商大学全日制本科学历国际学生学籍管理办法》（浙商大教〔2023〕69号）第八章第二十九条第（二）、（五）款及《浙江工商大学研究生学历国际学生学籍管理规定》（浙商大外〔2021〕124号）第七章第三十条第（三）、（七）款规定（相关条款后附），经统计与数学学院2024年1月15日党政联席会决议通过，拟对以下6名本科国际生予以退学处理。

1. SEYTNAZAROV SANIYAR，学号：190***0125，该生经过前三年学习累计取得主修专业培养方案规定学分不足50%学分,且未按学校规定缴交学杂费

2. HASAN MOHAMMED MAHMUDUL，学号：180***0108，该生该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

3. FORSON ROLAND，学号：180***49001，该生未按学校规定缴交学杂费。

4. VALENZO REYES ALFREDO ALEJANDRO，学号：200***49004，该生未经批准而连续2周未参加学校规定的教学活动，且未按学校规定缴交学杂费。

5. MOHAMED HANAFY KOTB IBRAHIM，学号：220***49002，该生未经批准而连续2周未参加学校规定的教学活动，且未按学校规定缴交学杂费。

6. MOHAMMED MUSA DAN-AZUMI，学号：200***49004，该生未经批准而连续2周未参加学校规定的教学活动，且未按学校规定缴交学杂费。

以上处理决议特在学院网页公布两周。如对退学处理决议有异议，请于两周内（1月30日前）向学院外事办公室提出书面申请。学生在申诉期内未提出书面申请，学校将视为已同意该退学处理。

Decision of the School of Statistics and Mathematics

on the Withdrawal of 6 International  Students

According to the Measures for the Administration of Full-time Undergraduate International Students’ Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU Teaching Affairs〔2023〕No. 69), Section (2) and (5) of Article 29 of Chapter 8 and the Measures for the Administration of Full-time Postgraduate International Students’ Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU Foreign Affairs〔2021〕No. 124) , Section (3) and (7) of Article 30 of Chapter 7 (attached the relevant provisions), On January 15, 2024, the SSM Party and Administration Joint Meeting decided to withdraw the following international undergraduate student.

1. SEYTNAZAROV SANIYAR, student number 190***10125, whose accumulated credits of the major training program are less than 50% credits after the first three years of study and and failed to pay tuition and fees as required by the university.

2. HASAN MOHAMMED MAHMUDUL, student number 180***0108, who didn’t apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

3. FORSON ROLAND, student number 180***49001, who failed to pay tuition and fees as required by the university.

4. VALENZO REYES ALFREDO ALEJANDRO, student number 200***49004, who failed to participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for two consecutive weeks without approval and failed to pay tuition and fees as required by the university.

5. MOHAMED HANAFY KOTB IBRAHIM, student number 220***49002, who failed to participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for two consecutive weeks without approval and failed to pay tuition and fees as required by the university.

6. MOHAMMED MUSA DAN-AZUMI, student number 200***49004, who failed to participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for two consecutive weeks without approval and failed to pay tuition and fees as required by the university.

The decision is published on the school website for two weeks. If you disagree with the resolution, please submit a written application to the School affair Office within two weeks (before January 30). If the student does not submit a written application within the appeal period, the university will treat the student as having consented to the withdrawal.

第八章学业预警与退学

第二十九条学生有下列情形之一，学校应予以退学：

（二）经过前三学年学习累计取得主修专业培养方案规定学分不足50%学分（小数按四舍五入取整计算）。

（五）休学、保留学籍期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格的。

Measures for the Administration of Full-time Undergraduate International Students’ Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University

(ZJSU Teaching Affairs〔2023〕No. 69)

Chapter 8 Academic Warning and Withdrawal

Article 29 International students who fall under any of the following circumstances shall be expelled from the University:

(2) After the first three years of study, accumulated credits of the major training program are less than 50% credits (decimal points are rounded off).

(5) Failing to apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension or retention of school status expires, or failing to pass the re-examination of the resumption application.

第七章退学

第三十条国际学生有下列情形之一，学校可予以退学处理：

（一）经阶段考核或中期考核认为不宜继续攻读硕士学位或博士学位的；

（二）在规定期限（含批准延期）内未修完培养计划规定课程，或未完成学业的；

（三）未经批准而连续2周未参加学校规定的教学活动的；

（四）未在学校规定时间注册超过2周而又未履行暂缓注册手续的；

（五）休学、保留学籍期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格的；

（六）根据学校指定医院诊断，患有疾病或意外伤残不能继续在校学习的；

（七）未按学校规定缴交学杂费等。

Measures for the Administration of Full-time Postgraduate International Students’ Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University

(ZJSU Foreign Affairs〔2021〕No. 124)

Chapter 7 Withdrawal

Article 34 International students who fall under any of the following circumstances shall be expelled from the University:

(1) It is deemed unsuitable to continue to study for a master's degree or a doctor's degree after a stage assessment or mid-term assessment;

(2) Failing to complete the courses prescribed in the training plan within the prescribed time limit (including the extension approved) or failing to complete the study;

(3) Failing to participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for two consecutive weeks without approval;

(4) Failing to register in the school for more than 2 weeks and fail to go through the suspension application procedures;

(5) Failing to apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension or retention of school status expires, or failing to pass the re-examination of the resumption application;

(6) Unable to continue studying in school due to illness or accidental disability diagnosed by the hospital designated by the university;

(7) Failing to pay tuition and fees as required by the university.
