报告人简介：

       曾菊英，浙大城市学院统计学钱塘特聘教授，浙江财经大学统计学博士生导师。中国社会科学院应用经济学博士后，英国约克大学访问学者，现任International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal编委成员、浙江省数量经济学会理事、中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会高等教育管理分会理事。研究专业领域为政府治理领域的大数据驱动决策、治理政策绩效评估和模拟应用研究。主持（完成）国家社会科学基金项目2项，教育部人文社科项目1项，浙江省自然科学基金重点项目1项，博士后基金特别资助等各类省部级项目5项、各类市厅级重点项目和横向项目近10项。以第一作者在Journal of Business Research、Management Decision、Economic Research-Ekonomska Istrazivanj、International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal、数量经济技术经济研究等国际高水平SSCI一区、二区及国内权威学术期刊发表论文20余篇。出版中国社会科学出版社专著1部、国际Springer出版社英文专著1部。学术成果获浙江省优秀博士论文、第十届全国统计科研优秀成果奖三等奖、第六届钱学森城市学金奖-"城市医疗卫生问题"提名奖及一等奖等共5项。

摘要：

       The research employs classical difference-in-differences (DID) and spatial DID approaches to measure the policy effect of Environmental Protection Interview (EPI) on green innovation based on 11567 industrial manufacturing enterprises from YRD, China. As a mandatory regulation, EPI has significantly promoted the green innovation of industrial manufacturing enterprises within interviewed region by 0.399 unit. The industrial manufacturing enterprises are more inclined to improve green innovation through utility patents under the impact of EPI. The heterogeneity analysisvalidates EPI has better stimulation effect on green innovation for heavy-polluted enterprises, private-owned enterprises than the effect for low-polluted enterprises, state-owned enterprises, respectively. The EPI has positive spatial spillover effect of stimulating green innovation. The mandatory EPI has somehow restriction role in green innovation for the enterprises in the interviewed region, while has larger positive stimulation role in green innovation for the enterprises in the non-interviewed region, validating EPI in one region exerted deterrent effect for the non-interviewed region and stimulate the conscious green innovation for the enterprises in the non-interviewed region for better survival.
